Terms of Service

1.  All sales are final.
2.  Payment is not deemed received until the PayPal invoice has been paid and the funds deposited into the PayPal
            account.
3.  Clients desiring a sample of any research report may request and receive by email the first page of any report by
paying a scanning fee of $3.  If the report is purchased, the client will receive a $3 credit towards its purchase or             any other purchase at 5$TermPager.  To order a 1-page preview, go to "Contact Us" and choose that option.
4.  A more detailed description of any report may be requested with the payment of $5.  If the report is purchased, the
client will receive a $5 credit towards its purchase or any other purchase at 5$TermPager.  To order a more
detailed analysis, go to "Contact Us" and choose that option.

5.  These research reports have not been converted into digital format.  Thus, they have to be scanned prior to their first

use.  This places an unreasonable financial burden on the first client desiring any particular report.  To offset this,

I will provide any customer who pays a scanning fee with an coupon giving them the same dollar amount they paid             as a credit against any future purchase they make at 5$TermPager.  Thus, if you pay a scanning fee of $10, you

will get a credit in the amount of $10 for your next purchase.

6.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of any research report from 5$TermPager to determine the character of end             use for these reports.  We do not recommend utilizing them "as is" for class assignments in any school, college,
university or other educational institution.  See "How To Use These Research Reports" on the Home page.
